论文行文过程中直接或间接引用他人的思想观点、数据、公式等都需要采用注释标明其出处。

论文须在正文后附参考文献,列出论文中参考文献的版本情况,包括作者的姓、名;出版年;篇名、刊名、刊物的卷号和期号、文章的起止页码;书名、出版地和出版者。文献条目按作者姓氏(中文姓氏按其汉语拼音)的字母顺序、中外文分别排列。外文文献在前,中文文献在后。同一作者不同时期的文献按出版时间的先后顺序排列。外文书名实词首字母大写。每条顶格写,回行时空五格。例如:

( 2 )Abstract :四号字,加粗,与顶格低四个字节,以冒号与内容分开。摘要内容接冒号后,用小四号字,附中文摘要,用小四号宋体。
